The ArtiZen Club’s Rules & Expectations

Creativity thrives in a safe and respectful environment.

Club Rules & Norms

  1. Stay in the Room
No one is permitted to leave the program space without explicit permission from a staff member.
  2. No Cell Phones Out
Cell phones and personal electronic devices must be kept away unless explicit permission is given for a specific activity.
  3. Respect Personal Space
Keep your hands, feet, and personal belongings to yourself always.
  4. Dress Code
Follow the school-appropriate dress code while participating in The Artizen Club.
  5. No Horseplay
This is a calm, creative space. Roughhousing, running, play-fighting, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
  6. No Substances
The use or possession of nicotine products, vapes, drugs, or alcohol is strictly prohibited on program premises and during any club/camp activities.
  7. Use Kind Words & Actions
Speak and act with kindness and respect. Bullying, teasing, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
  8. Take Care of Supplies
All art materials and tools must be handled with care and used only as intended. Misuse may result in loss of access.
  9. Be Present & Participate
Show up with a positive attitude and give your best effort—this is a space for growth, fun, and creativity.

Consequences for Breaking Rules

The Artizen Club follows a three-strike policy whenever possible:

  • Strike 1: Verbal Warning + Reflection
  • Strike 2: Parent/Guardian Contact + Behavior Contract
  • Strike 3: Temporary or Permanent Removal from Club Activities

Note: Severe infractions (e.g., substance possession, physical aggression, bullying) may result in immediate removal and a report to the site supervisor or school administrator.

Expectations of ALL Artizens

  • Show kindness and respect towards everyone
  • Follow the Golden Rule: Treat others the way YOU want to be treated!
  • Everyone helps clean up – no one is finished until the room is clean
  • Use encouraging words – no negative comments about anyone’s work
  • Take pride in your artwork and be supportive of others’ creativity
  • Stay focused and do your best during each session/meeting

We’re Here to Help

The Artizen Club believes in growth, respect, and second chances. If you're having a hard time, talk to a staff member—we’re here to support you.

Program Closures & Notifications

In the event that The Artizen Club needs to cancel a regularly scheduled class or camp day due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, parents and guardians will be notified as quickly as possible via text message, phone call, and/or email. Communication will be directed to the contact information provided by families on their official registration documents. Please ensure that all contact information remains current and accurate throughout the program.

It all started with a sparkle and a little serendipity.

Our founder, who has lived with ADHD her whole life, accidentally discovered diamond art—and it transformed her ability to focus, relax, and feel accomplished. Since then, she’s shared this accessible, confidence-building art form with as many kids and adults as possible.

If you or someone you care about could benefit from a super chill, empowering, sparkle-filled activity, you’re in the right place.

DIamond Art is for EVERYBODY!

This art form is for anyone looking to relax, refocus, and create—no artistic experience required! Even if you don’t have an “artistic bone” in your body, you can do this. As Master Yoda says:
✨ “Do, or do not. There is no try.” ✨
Come shine with us—one crystal at a time!
